Assist the Air Operations Manager in directing and managing the Air Export team
- Ensure that Air Ops staff executes service agreements at, or above the customers’ standards.
- Manage daily operations activities and work process
- Efficiently handle customer’s complaints, and requirements and recommend corrective action plans
- Build and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, monitor, and schedule rotational schedules for the Air Export team
- Ensure shipment requirements are met and within KPI requirements
- Supervisor Air Export team to provide appropriate training when required
- Responsible for the team’s correct and timely provision of all freight documents to customers
- Investigate and provide corrective action plans to non-conformance issues for exceptions and problem escalations
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain industry and minimum 2 years of supervisory position
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Air Operations (Import & Export) is highly preferred
- Willing to work at Changi Airfreight Cargo
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels within and across the company
- Flexible and well organize
- Positive, strong analytical, planning, and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Meticulous, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service
- Work location at Changi Airfreight Cargo Complex
- 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
- The incumbent will represent Crane with professionalism and integrity in line with our company code of conduct and compliance policies
