**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare journal entries to record transactions, accruals and adjustments
- Analyze and prepare reconciliations and Audit schedules for month-end closing
- Analyze and prepare GST reports and its quarterly filing
- Analyze and prepare consolidated Financial Statement & its variance analysis for the Authority and its subsidiaries
- Handle full set of accounts, perform monthly and yearly closing, company taxes, GST filings etc
- Payment vouchers / sales reports / inter-company bank recon statements etc
- Handle yearly IR8A submissions for company staffs
- Perform month end closing activities, financial & management reports and analyzing expenses
- Handle and manage tax, banking matters and cash flow management
- Oversee the preparation of account reconciliations, verify receipts and payment details with transaction documents review and approve accounting entries
- Ensure compliance with corporate, statutory and tax regulations
- Process staff claims.
- Fixed Assets Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance/ related discipline, with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of FRS, GST rules, and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Meticulous and good analytical skills
- Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Good working attitude and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

License/Certification:
