Senior Industrial Engineer (1 year) - Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and to improve the factory manufacturing process flow

In your new role you will:

- Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and to improve the factory manufacturing process flow
- Drive improvement for Manufacturing Efficiency and Cost Performance through simulation, work method optimization & automation
- Work on workflow optimization, labor resource deployment to enable scalability
- Partner with Automation team to drive the i4.0 initiative in the factory
- Model and Analyse different business requirements and propose cost effective solutions
- Perform Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing within Infineon Backend community

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Bachelor’s **/ Master’s Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering with more than **5 years **of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Domain knowledge in **Industrial Engineering **or related field will be an advantage
- A strong team player with good communication skills and project management experience
- Analytical with desire to initiate improvements
- Prior experience in driving **I4.0 project **s will be an added advantage
