**A1 Main Con** **listed on SGX Mainboard with>40 years of experience**: - **5 days work week**: - **North-East location** **Responsibilities**: - Reviews and interprets tender documents (such as drawings / specifications / scope of works)/ requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements for detailed and accurate estimating - **Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the drawings as specified in the tender document**: - Lead the QS and responsible for tender cost estimation - **Source material, send quotation inquiries and negotiates competitive rates to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirements**: - Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with supplier and subcontractors - **Study and identify discrepancies in tender / contract documents and raise queries for clarifications**: - Compile all documents required for submissions. - **Responsible for tender cost estimation and the preliminary project cost for tender bids and tender summary for management review**: - Analysis of tender price comparison, and updating pre & post-tender clarifications submission and pricing - **Attend site visits and tender interviews.**: - Prepare and coordinate the tender interview agenda and presentation materials - **Liaise with the project team for a smooth transition from tender to post contract team for tenders awarded**: - Prepare the project preliminary cost for the tenders - **Coordinating various departments for preparation of project construction plans and schedules, staff, manpower and equipment deployments, site organization charts, and method statements and other requirements** **Requirements**: - Possess Degree / Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent - Experienced in local tendering and estimation **with Main contractor **_**preferred**_ - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office programs **Salary** $4,000 - $6,000 **Why Join Us?** - Attractive remuneration benefits _(AWS, Group Insurance, Annual Leaves, Hospitalization Leaves, Exam Leaves, etc)_ - Performance Bonus - Sponsorship for courses/exam - Medical and dental reimbursement - Outpatient clinic reimbursement, - Transportation reimbursement - Mobile phone reimbursement - Excellent career progression **PLEASE INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR RESUME**: **1)** Expected salary in SGD **2) **Past projects involved - What kind of building or constructions, Duration / value / name, etc **3) **Earliest available date Encasa Asia Employment Services LLP EA Licence No: 13C6898 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - 13th month salary - Performance bonus **Experience**: - bluebeam and glodon: 3 years (preferred) - SG building construction industry with a Main contractor: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: One location
