**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage Singapore finance independently.
- Manage SEA Finance Teams in Vietnam and Indonesia, reporting to Regional Financial Controller in Hong Kong
- Manage licensee operations in SEA.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
- Oversee the preparation of group/local statutory financial reports
- Maintain and review financial policies and procedures and ensure alignment and compliance within the Group
- Oversee the preparation of Group Budgets and Forecasts
- Lead Finance Team to improve system and business processes, establishing Best Practices
- Manage the internal and external audit processes
- Provide support for costing functions
- Participate and help implement senior management discussions on current/ future plans of the businesses in SEA
- Support the business functions on investment/finance related matters
- Any other adhoc projects as assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Thorough knowledge of Singapore/Vietnam/Indonesia Accounting Standards and Procedures
- At least 10 years of working experience as Financial Controller in SEA region preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate team
- Ability to strategize and solve problems with senior management
- Able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant working experiences with a manufacturing MNC will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis
- Bachelors or Masters qualifications Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent
- CPA or its equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
