**Job Category**:Real Estate**Job Type**:Permanent**Job Location**:SingaporeWe are representing our client, a leading Asian Master Developer, look for **AVP/VP, Sustainable Solutions** for urban development. This role is based in Singapore and will lead the development management service team with in-house expertise in design, development, construction and asset management across all building asset classes with priority focus on industrial assets such as modern logistics warehouses, BTS and/or ready built factories. The key outcome is to create more sustainable, greener and smarter urban developments with the roll out of proven commercially viable in-house or partners’ solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for concept development, design management, construction and delivery of large-scale urban development and industrial assets.
- Responsible for the quality delivery of assets and infrastructure projects within cost, schedule, HSSE and in line with the company sustainability agenda. Specific scope are:

- Master-planning and detailed design management
- Project planning, development, management and DLP management
- Pre and Initial management and setup of projects’ development team
- Build local capability for subsequent growth phases
- Recommend redevelopment, AEIs and align asset plans with the Client and Group’s business agenda eg sustainability goals. Specific role in asset management include:

- Periodic review of master plans, engineering design and infrastructure plan to achieve optimum value-cost for existing project
- Conduct Value Engineering for specific development types construction systems to achieve better project utility
- Work with internal stakeholders in budgeting exercises, leading project techno-commercial due diligences, valuations, feasibility studies and management reporting. Specific scope in such business development feasibility studies include:

- Sites evaluation
- Technical due diligence for brownfield projects
- Concept master plans and project parameters for feasibility studies
- Preliminary engineering and infrastructure concept
- Indicative project development plan
- Scoping, engage and manage specialist consultants
- Development cost estimation for projects
- To support development and ownership of in-house capabilities in development, construction and asset management across all asset classes with immediate priority in industrial properties.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in engineering, real estate or business management.
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies, ROI/ROCE analyses will be an added advantage
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in developing and managing industrial assets (eg modern warehouses, BTS, ready built factories) and critical infrastructure assets for integrated industrial parks/townships.
- Prior experience in ESG or sustainability related work for real estate would be a plus.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Good stakeholder management skills to engage with various teams within organisation
- Outcome driven team lead with strong inter-personal skills and high accountability
