**Responsibilities**:

- Generate demand, create strategic brand messaging, and manage the entire customer lifecycle
- Test and optimise all online and offline demand channels through digital marketing, partnerships, PR, Media
- Manage content marketing by sourcing and working with a group of designers, writers, photographers and videographers
- Own the strategy roadmap, lead and drive high performance of SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Content Creation and PR
- Lead the team to constantly optimise the performance of marketingcampaigns to lower customer acquisition cost, improve the retention rate ofconsumers, and increase lead conversions across different channels and audience segments
- Lead performance marketing from end to end, drive growth through targeting, ad campaign setting, and measurement of key metrics like ROAS
- Drive brand content and delivery to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Analyse and track the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee marketing budget to optimize for ROI and ROAS
- Work closely with the PR agency for media pitches and news coverage

**Requirements**:

- A roll-up-your-sleeve attitude
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in managing a marketing team and good track record in growing brand awareness and optimizing marketing spend
- Expert level understanding of all paid channels
- Passionate about consumer product that impact people’s lives
- Highly motivated individual who is willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
- Have a deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights
- Able to work under stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
