Sales Development Manager

This position reports to the founder of DBD HEALTH HUB LLP. The Sales Development Manager will take responsibility for the sales activities, plan and analyze sales levels and profitability, also responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all marketing strategies for the company, also assist in the development and implementation of business plan, sales strategy and marketing plan.
Individual to be involved in:
1. To oversee all sales activities
2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
3. Ensure good customer experience and service standard
4. Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
5. Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by the founder.
**Skills and Competencies**
1. Demonstrate keen sense of business acumen and experience in sales management
2. Ability to plan, strategize and set clear goals delivering into key objectives
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
4. Develop, execute and overseeing marketing initiatives
