Job Summary:
The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned according to established standards. The dishwasher plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of the kitchen and ensuring that a high level of cleanliness is maintained at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
- Ensure that all items are properly cleaned and stored in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including the sinks, and surrounding workspaces.
- Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean and sanitary waste disposal area.
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed, including food preparation, stocking supplies, and cleaning work surfaces.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including properly handling and storing cleaning chemicals.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow and assist in any necessary tasks to support the team.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
