Singapore ASPIRANTE TRADING LLP Full time

You will be the brand ambassador of a Locally-Owned Dry Food Distributor in Singapore. You will work on the most important role on the sales floor, and be the first touch-point between our Products and our Customers. You will build customer loyalty and relationships while challenging yourself with practical sales and productivity targets.

Who should apply:

a. Assist customers in their needs and purchasing, while demonstrating your excellence in customer service with a heart to help.

b. Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner with integrity and honesty.

c. Respond to customer queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner; refer to the Manager if appropriate. Able to stay calm and composed under high-tempo situations.

**2. You must believe in being accountable and taking full ownership of your roles with team excellence in mind.**

a. Ensure the shop floor's presentation meets or exceeds expectations.

b. Maintain reasonable stock levels of all merchandise in an orderly and systematic manner.

c. Be familiar with the store layout; direct customers to the correct merchandise, services and facilities as appropriate.

d. Assist the management team in the coordination and execution of merchandising activities as delegated by the Supervisor/Manager.

e. Ensure all relevant documentation is timely and accurately submitted specified and established by the company.

f. Proactively assist other sales staff during peak/roadshow periods to ensure customers in all areas are attended to promptly.

**Key Requirements**
- Secondary, diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of basic education and work experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Minimum 1 year’s sales or cashiering experience in a retail environment.
- Current and familiar with payment gateways and options, e.g., PayNow, PayWave and etc. (training will be provided when required).
- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends a plus.
- Able to work overtime hours when necessary, a plus.
- Fluency in English language and other languages as required by location.
- Secondary language speaking is beneficial.
- Able to speak fluently in Native Dialects, Chinese or English or both would be an added advantage.
