**Position**: Senior Manager - Parcel Chartering

**Location**:Singapore Office

(Requires work outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary).

Reporting to the Head of Chartering, Asia, we are currently looking for a **Senior Manager,**

to develop and grow our parcelling programme on Handy and SMX/UMX tonnage open in the Pacific.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
**Overall Responsibilities**
- Develop regional clients within Fednav’s scope, but with emphasis on the Parcelling space.
- Develop the parcelling programme on Handy and SMX/UMX tonnage open in the Pacific in coordination with the Chartering desks globally.
- Source and evaluate leads in collaboration with the Chartering teams and Business Development.
- Estimating, rating, negotiating, and fixing viable business using available resources and in accordance with prevailing mandates.
- Build and maintain relationships with Cargo brokers, Customers, and other industry stakeholders. Including local port captains and agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Cargo Operations, and support function departments to ensure smooth execution of voyage including proper voyage handover and follow-up voyage review upon completion of voyage to log learnings.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Maritime Operating System such as IMOS, a preferred asset
- Organized, fast worker, possessing the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Inquisitive and logical
- Results driven and strong problem solver
- Ability to control costs
- Ability to build relationships and develop trust
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Flexible to work outside of office hour
