**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their housing needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide clients with expert knowledge and insights into the Singapore real estate market.
- Identify and propose suitable housing options that meet client requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct viewings of properties.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Facilitate the documentation and administrative process related to leasing.
- Offer support and advice to clients throughout the relocation process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and other real estate professionals.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the legal and procedural aspects of leasing in Singapore.
- Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license is required.
