About the job Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking a Real Estate Legal Consultant with 8 to 15 years of real estate transactions experience. Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing contracts for property transactions Advising on real estate transactions, zoning and land use regulations, and potential risks Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications A strong understanding of property law and relevant regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Eight(8) to fifteen(15) years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, covering industrial/data center building/land.
