These digital solutions have been playing a key role in efficient sourcing, driving sustainability and providing superior customer experience for Food and agricultural supply chains across the globe.

**About the role**

The role involves leading the strategy, setup, and implementation of digitally enabled supply chain-related projects including, but not limited to farm management, procurement, sustainability initiatives, farm-to-fork traceability, etc. While Olam’s businesses will remain key customers, the scope of this role extends to non-Olam companies as potential customers.

The role requires frequent travel to the business locations for use case discovery and implementation, as needed.

Key elements of the role include: - Build, manage, coach, and develop a team of product leads
- Build Digital Product Management expertise within the team
- Own a digital solution portfolio in the supply chain space and actively manage the pipeline of innovations.
- Integrate usability studies, market analysis, and user feedback into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Manage supply chain projects from the concept-to-completion phase. Actively participate in solution definition, implementation, and validation
- Define and measure metrics for project impact and improvements to current processes
- Work very closely with business stakeholders to define digital roadmaps. Identify opportunities for designing and implementing new digital solutions, secure buy-in & budgets.
- Key stakeholders include Customer’s Digital/IT Heads, BU/Country management, Supply chain teams, and Olam’s IT & delivery teams
- Independently ensure the successful implementation of projects including and managing timelines, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints
- Proactively scan the external environment and benchmark against competing solutions in this space.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally 12 years’ experience in Product Management or solutions for supply chain and/or digital of which at least 5 years in managing digital products
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current cutting-edge technology solutions for supply chain
- Understanding of food & agricultural industry would be a distinct advantage
- Experience with product management, agile, scrum, and other non-agile project management methodologies
- Demonstrated experience working with global teams and business
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams
- Clear communication and influencing skills
- Minimally BA/BS in related field
