Experiment with prompts, personalities, and dialog behavior.
- Preprocess and clean conversational datasets.
- Build and test RAG pipelines to enhance chatbot memory and context.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to bring characters to life

**Requirements**:

- 2 years or above experience
- Degree in CS, AI, or a related field (or strong relevant experience).
- Solid Python skills; experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch or similar.
- Basic understanding of transformers and NLP fundamentals.
- Enthusiastic about conversational AI, LLMs, and character design.
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
