**Roles Available**

We are hiring for **two roles within this combined posting**:

- **AI Engineer (Full-Time)** - Focus on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI systems to support 3echo’s internal initiatives and client-facing projects.
- **AI Engineer Intern** - Ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical, hands-on AI experience while contributing to impactful initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities AI Engineer (Full-Time)**
- Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models and multimodal systems for automation, data synthesis, and content generation.
- Develop robust pipelines for prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), embeddings, and fine-tuning.
- Architect and prototype AI-powered tools aligned with organizational goals.
- Build APIs, automation scripts, and deployment pipelines for operational workflows.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools to strengthen our technical stack.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and development teams to deliver cohesive AI solutions.

**AI Engineer Intern**
- Assist in training, testing, and refining AI models for data processing, content generation, and automation.
- Develop scripts for data collection, cleaning, and preparation.
- Support integration of AI models into operational pipelines.
- Conduct basic research on AI tools and technologies to support ongoing projects.
- Document technical work clearly for team reference and learning.

**Required & Preferred Qualifications AI Engineer (Full-Time)**

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Data Science, ML, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
- Experience with LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with deployment using FastAPI, Docker, and cloud services.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with reinforcement learning or advanced agent architectures.
- Knowledge of AI agent orchestration frameworks.
- Basic frontend/low-code prototyping capabilities.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security in AI systems.

**AI Engineer Intern**

**Required**:

- Current student or recent graduate in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of ML concepts and familiarity with Google Colab/Jupyter.
- Comfort with Git and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

**Preferred**:

- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, embeddings, or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
- Prior coursework or personal AI projects.

- Performance-based incentives tied to project delivery and strategic impact.

- SGD $1,300 - $2,000 per month (depending on experience and demonstrated skills).
- Potential performance-based incentives for exceptional contributions.
