As a **Senior Social Worker**, you will lead the **Community Engagement**and **Awareness & Advocacy Pillars**, focusing on destigmatising mental health, building community partnerships and fostering inclusive programmes. This role oversees the community aspects of service delivery, including programme evaluation and stakeholder collaboration. Working closely with youth and family advisors, you will co-create initiatives that reflect lived experiences and address community priorities. Additionally, you will supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver community-based services and advance advocacy efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Community Engagement and Advocacy**
- Lead initiatives to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma and encourage early help-seeking.
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders to address a range of youth needs.
- Co-create advocacy campaigns and events with youth and families that reflect lived experiences.

**Clinical and Programmatic Excellence**
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide psychological interventions, including casework management, counselling, psychoeducation and caregiver support.
- Plan, implement and evaluate services and activities tailored to the needs of youth, families and community.
- Establish and review service workflows and processes to ensure accessibility and alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee data collection, report generation and timely submission of programme reports in compliance with organisational and funding requirements.

**Team Leadership and Staff Development**
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals and associates, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Equip team members with competencies to deliver trauma-informed, holistic and family-oriented care.
- Monitor team performance, analyse outcomes and ensure compliance with ethical, legal and organisational standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum 5 years of direct work experience working with youth and families, preferably in mental health settings.
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring teams in clinical or community-based settings.
- Excellent community engagement and advocacy abilities, with a track record of building impactful partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention and case management.
- Passionate about mental health advocacy and committed to creating inclusive communities.
- Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient in navigating a dynamic work environment.
- Systemic and strategic thinker with a commitment to driving service excellence and systemic change.
- Collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork in multidisciplinary and community-focused settings.Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and develop team members.

Working location for this role will be in North-East region.
