Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Swoki Solutions innovates technology in the fintech space. We specialize in technology for card solutions.

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead a project/brand under Swoki solutions portfolio. This executive will be responsible for building the brand, driving organic customer acquisition, and positioning the brand as a trusted, lifestyle-focused fintech solution in the crypto off ramping space.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Define and lead global marketing strategy, with an emphasis on organic growth, brand visibility, and user engagement.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across content, social, SEO, influencer partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
- Establish and oversee performance metrics to track user acquisition, product engagement, and customer retention.
- Product Marketing - Off ramping crypto
- Own go-to-market end to end planning
- Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to ensure that user journeys are seamless, clear, and conversion-optimized.
- Communicate the value proposition off ramping crypto to both crypto-native and mainstream audiences.
- Brand Development & Communications
- Build and maintain a compelling, trusted brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Lead PR, social media, and content strategies to establish brand as a leader in the crypto-fintech crossover space.
- Able to define marketing strategy on the get go with a network of tested and proven strategies
- Ensure all messaging reflects brands values of simplicity, security, and accessibility.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration across all team
- Build and manage a high-performing global marketing team with expertise in digital, content, community, and brand.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing with product, compliance, and customer success.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant financial regulations and consumer communication standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years in senior marketing roles within fintech, payments, or crypto-related industries.
- Proven success in launching or scaling crypto cards, payment wallets or digital wallet products.
- Strong background in organic marketing, including community growth, content, and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of the crypto-to-fiat user experience and customer behavior in digital finance.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus for global market expansion.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing lifestyle financial products
- Familiarity with compliance in financial communications (KYC/AML, financial promotions).
- Established network within fintech and/or crypto-native influencer communities.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
