**B2B Sales Executive (Hybrid, Full-Time)**

We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated **B2B Sales Executive** to join our growing team at Vivopress, a provider of customized corporate gifts and premium packaging in Singapore. This is a hybrid role (2 WFH days/week) ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, client-facing environment and enjoys seeing a project through from inquiry to delivery.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Understand client’s requirements andprovide quotes and proposals based on client's needs through inbound enquiries
- Manage each order from start to delivery - this involves preparing quote/proposals, planning timeline, working with designers to produce visual mocks, recommending customers on materials and techniques and communicating project instructions to our China production.
- Meet clients in person when needed to build trust, pitch ideas, or close deals (Grab transport reimbursed - no car required)
- Identify and engage target companies, with support from the marketing team, to generate leads
- Assist in marketing and business development work when needed

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a **B2B client-facing sales role**:

- Fluent in **English and written Chinese** (to liaise with China-side suppliers)
- Organized, proactive, reliable - and someone who enjoys building client relationships
- Comfortable working in a **small team** where everyone matters

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience in **B2B sales, pitching, and account management**:

- Know how to **generate your own leads** when needed
- Have basic design skills (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Base salary **$3,200 - $3,800/month** + **performance-based commission**:

- **Hybrid work arrangement** - 2 days will be working from home (Tuesday and Thursday), 3 days will be in office. (may change to 4 days in office during 3 months peak period)

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
