**What the role is**
- The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) serves as the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, overseeing key aspects of children’s development below the age of 7, across both kindergartens and child care centres. As a member of the Professional Development (PD) department in ECDA, you will be part of the team which oversees the training and professional development of educators in the early childhood (EC) sector. Training and professional development of preschool educators are a key factor in raising the quality of preschool education in Singapore. You will work closely with a team of committed and passionate individuals to develop and implement structured programmes and initiatives to strengthen the quality of early childhood professionals.

**What you will be working on**
- Manage the administration and processes of in-service training programmes for EC educators - Work with a team to review and strengthen the administration and processes for in-service training programmes for EC educators - Conceptualise and implement PD initiatives to help centre leaders and educators strengthen their competencies - Support the team in budget management, finance and other processes for PD programmes and projects

**What we are looking for**
- Possesses a qualification in Early Childhood - A driven and self-motivated team player with strong project management skills - Meticulous with good attention to details - Familiar with Microsoft Excel - Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
