**ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES**
- Basic repair skills such as changing/resetting locker, tighten door hinges, adjust desk controllers, etc.
- Basic plumbing skills such as changing taps, repair water leakage, repair hose, clear choke etc.
- Simple painting of walls and floors
- Basic electrical works such as changing of light tubes, bulbs, starter of lights etc.
- Provide support for events and meeting/training rooms set-up requests
- Conduct quality daily/monthly/yearly checks and tasks for proper maintenance of of facilities and office equipment
- Vendor management and escorting service contractors
- Receive work order tickets assigned by helpdesk and timely closure and reporting
- Any other duties assigned by Facilities Manager
- Able to over-time to support office move and events set-up requests (ad-hoc)

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Built Environment / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum one year relevant working experience in building maintenance or office workplace environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel)
- Good knowledge in building and facilities systems
- Good verbal (English) and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven
- Able to interact with people and a good team player
