**About AMKCMA**:
Ang Mo Kio Constituency Merchants Association is a non-profit organization that represents and champions the heartland merchants within Ang Mo Kio Town Centre. Our Vision & Mission is to transform Ang Mo Kio to be an active place with enthusiasm and hope, and to contribute back to the society.

**The objectives of AMKCMA are to**:
1. Inject vibrancy and bring more footfall to Ang Mo Kio Town Centre;
2. Unite and alleviate businesses in the community;
3. Serve as the representing body for all merchants to liaise with Government, Town Council and other stakeholders;

**About the Role**:
Passionate about heartland work? Interested to plan, organize and execute activities in Ang Mo Kio Town Centre? AMKCMA is now looking for positive and passionate team players to take up roles of Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager.

**Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Plot resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and overall work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

**Other Scope of Works**
- Develop and implement programmes and strategies to develop heartland businesses and progression of AMKCMA
- Drive precinct upgrading projects and oversee planning and implementation
- Drive business development, marketing and out-reach activities for AMKCMA
- Source for sponsorships and / or follow up on leads as provided by Executive Committee
- Contribute to membership growth and fund-raising activities
- General Secretariat Work
- All other assignments delegated by the Executive Committee

**Requirements**:
1. Positive attitude and passionate about heartland work

2. Mature and responsible attitude with excellent analytical skills

3. Ability to work independently as well as an excellent team player

4. Knowledge with project budgeting (P&L) will be an added advantage

5. Experience in Trade, Association and Chambers (TAC) work will be an added advantage

6. Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills

7. Ability to implement projects with desired outcomes

8. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
