Our client is a leading pharmaceutical distribution company committed to enhancing healthcare access through reliable and innovative supply chain solutions. They are now seeking a passionate and driven Corporate Communications Lead to spearhead their internal and external communication initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and impactful content for both online and offline platforms, including corporate website, social media, and newsletters.
- **Marketing Collateral**: Craft compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital media to support campaigns and corporate messaging.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels for various stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to align communications strategy and enhance brand visibility.
- **Digital Strategy**: Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, monitor analytics, and extract insights to drive audience engagement.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- **Events & Engagement**: Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and seminars to foster stakeholder engagement.
- **Corporate Publications**: Manage the development of corporate publications, newsletters, and employee communications.
- **Brand Management**: Safeguard and strengthen the company’s brand image and reputation, ensuring alignment with corporate values and tone of voice.
- **Crisis Communications**: Act as the lead contact for communications during crises, ensuring consistent and clear messaging across all touchpoints.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and public relations, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in digital content development, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various formats and platforms.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience in public relations agencies or communications consultancies, and existing media relationships.
