Lead communications efforts including the development & implementation of marketing & communications strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee copywriting for web/print media
- Co-manage media coverage for Cru's social media platforms with Digital Strategies & Communications team
- Develop and implement bible-themed marketing & communications strategies and monitor the outcome
- Manage and curate bible-themed content for the publication of reports/corporate lettersmm
- Oversee creation of bible-themed taglines and full suite of marketing & communications collaterals
- Lead crisis communications efforts
- Create internal communications protocols
- Reach out to influencers, media and beyond for story placement on a national and global level

As a Christian organisation, employees are required to attend work and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, worship and bible sharing. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Bible Knowledge
- Proven success designing and executing marketing/communications strategies
- Up-to-date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
- Excellent organisational/project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to think analytically and strategically
- Independent worker and team player
- Experienced with CRM software is an advantage
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
- Alignment with the doctrinal articles of faith and general rules in Cru's Statement of Faith

**Application Requirements**

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
