A research-intensive public university, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) has 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Engineering, Business, Science, Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences, and Graduate colleges. Senior Executive, Graduate Studies- To support the end-to-end administration of the Graduate programmes and ensure quality services for students and faculty in the school.- To manage the administration of Graduate programmes including admission, scholarship renewals, funding management, appointment of supervisors and TAC, Qualification Examination.
**Responsibilities**:- Arrange the qualification examinations for students.- Funding and scholarship management- Manage the submission of progress reports and renewal of awards for students- Manage the submission of job claims for Graduate Assistantship Programme**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in any discipline- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the Tertiary Education.-
- Demonstrated ability to understand and to work in an academic environment- Demonstrated ability in analytical, planning and organizational abilities- Possesses characteristics of being assertive and meticulous- Able to work independently and as a team
