We are looking for Deputy Chief Marketing Officer to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with strategic inputs, data analysis, sales and marketing support for multiple brands across SIT ecosystem.

Reporting to the CMO, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategy, brand development, and go-to-market plans. You will work closely with the development teams to define the brand essence and ensure clearly differentiated features, translate product features into marketing pillars and key communication points, and ensure timely and quality delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping prepare and implement marketing plan and budgets with special focus on content
- Carrying out product surveys as needed to build the marketing plan
- Overseeing marketing strategy execution across departments
- Researching demand for SIT products and services
- Coordination: _
- Give direction to marketing team on execution of marketing campaigns and strategies when needed
- Partnering with marketing leads on resource planning, timeline management, identifying gaps in current team and finding external resources as needed
- Identifying opportunities and creative solutions for improving systems and processes
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
- Keeping every marketing deliverable and initiative compliant
- Team leadership: _
- Coach the marketing team members to reach ambitious marketing goals linked to measurable KPIs
- Support marketing leads in motivating, training, appraising and developing the team

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as Marketing Head/Director/CMO in tech company and / or education industry is a must
- Experience building, growing, and nurturing highly functional marketing teams
- Strong strategic level experience in marketing for Europe is important
- Experience with edtech products and management of KPIs for them is essential
- Strong presentation, written and analytical skills that can be used to advocate for marketing and development teams
- Strong cross-team communication skills - the ability to manage and communicate at all levels
- Experience working globally and incorporating cultural differences into global positioning and creative strategy
- HR-related experience including hiring, managing, performance reviews, compensation packages, etc.
