HR & Admin Executive

**Job Description & Requirements**:
- Able to handle full spectrum of HR operation.
- Have substantial knowledge of **Info-tech **payroll system.
- Being able to work independently, hands on and a good team player
**Responsibilities**
- Handle all work passes cancellation or the withholding tax form if applicable and off-boarding of employees.
- Responsible for the upkeeping and maintenance of all workers personal records.
- Monthly payroll, CPF submission, IRAS submission and leave management.
- Maintain and update HR database in Info-tech software to ensure employees’ records are up-to date.
- Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries from business units and colleagues to provide accurate and timely information, advice and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Training & development of workers and staff.
- Keeping track of current employees' work passes' expiry dates and liaise with them to ensure their work passes are renewed in a timely manner.
- Timely renewal of Workmen Injury Compensation, Employee Benefit Insurance.
- Ensure motor vehicles insurance and inspection are done for renewal of road tax.
- Involved in the planning and execution of company events.
- Admin/secretarial support for office.
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties.
