Datacentre is core to any organization for IT equipment hosting. While over the years, Income Insurance Limited has refreshed and established our Datacentres to a Lights-off environment, there are still tasks which require physical presence from DC personnel to be carried out to ensure the healthy status our Datacentre equipment and 100% uptime.

The Identity Management Team act as a fallback when automation for Access Provisioning fails or when only manual provisioning method is available. Personnel performing this role has to ensure accuracy of role or entitlement provisioning, when required.

**Datacentre**:

- Adhoc witnessing of secured media disposal of decommissioned hard disks and tapes where shelf life has expired.
- Standby duties for FM alerts
- Datacentre facilities related administration filing, e.g., asset inventory forms, service reports, media destruction certificates, tape manifest, etc
- Weekly unloading and loading of backup tapes at Bras Basah DC including update of offsite tape returns into Iron Mountain Web Access portal.
- Provide escort to authorized visitors into Bras Basah DC, PLQ &Tampines server rooms during office hours.
- To check all server racks in all Income managed Datacentres are locked properly.
- Monitor physical security of Datacentre/server room via CCTVs. Ensure all CCTV cameras are in working conditions.

**Identity Management**:

- Perform Level-1 daily basic routine checking in (IAM) and report any abnormalities to IAM Support team.
- Role (create/modify/delete) management.
- Have at least 3 year experience in performing Datacentre Operations.
- Knowing and basic administration various components of Environmental Monitoring Systems for Datacentre.
- Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management
- Advantage if experience in administrating basic Access Management.

- Ability to speak, write and understand basic English language.
- Build trusted relationship and teamwork with fellow teammates.

Qualification:

- GCE '˜O' Levels mínimally.
