**Customer Relationship Manager
Mercantile is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join the team In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing customers to identify upsell and referral opportunities.
You will lead and implement an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to promote and maintain a positive company image.
**Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and actively identify upsell and referral opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, resolution and perform service recovery where required.
- Lead and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Lead and drive CRM monthly meeting.
- Promote and maintain a positive company image.
- Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the accounts assigned.
- Engage customers at all level to develop long term business relationship.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Ability to implement customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Attentive to detail and well organized
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and ability to multi-task
