- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop marketing materials like business cards, posters, and banners.
- Help create content including blogs, case studies, white papers, and more.
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with our brand identity.
- Create designs for various marketing channels, both online and offline.
- Make illustrations to enhance design projects.
- Help keep our visual branding consistent throughout all materials.
- Manage our website with WordPress to ensure it works well on all devices.
- Maintain our communication materials and develop new ones when needed.
- Keep track of project results, archiving work and taking note of competitors' strategies.
- Assist with photography and videography for company events.
- Supervise all stages of print and production for marketing materials.
- Liaise with vendors and team members to fulfill marketing material needs.
- Support the marketing and communications team with corporate branding and event logistics.
- Carry out any additional tasks as required.

- Diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or similar.
- Skilled in Adobe design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with WordPress and related tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JQuery/PHP/MySQL.
- Open to different perspectives and good at handling feedback.
