**Role Purpose**

This position reports to the APAC Regulatory Operations Lead and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff.

- Productise existing analytics capabilities

1) System knowledge through data maintenance and user sharing

2) Testing and automation

a. Analyse and verify suitable automated and manual test approaches

and execute end user verification of environments, user guides and acceptance testing

c. Record test results, report, verify and discussion software bug and fixes to worldwide audience

d. Develop test plans and debug to understand test objective requirements

e. Prepare software defect tracking and report status to stakeholders across APAC

3) Data analysis

a. Clean and organise raw data

b. Using descriptive statistics to arrive at useful insight

c. Analyse for trends found in the data

d. Create visualisations and dashboards to help stakeholders interpret and make decisions with the data

e. Present the analysis to stakeholders across APAC

4) System integration with domain knowledge built up

a. Understand the business domain and correlate the associated data to business needs

b. Conduct and facilitate business requirement gathering workshops and conversations

c. Build interpersonal skills with worldwide audience (more than 20 countries)

5) Data analytics and machine learning

a. Understand the current challenges and initiatives for re-evaluation on the fit for purpose

b. Create and maintain visualisations customised to various stakeholders based solely on fixed dataset

scenarios of a renowned Crop Protection organisation

d. Propose leading edge concepts to enhance the robustness and expandability of current and future data

capabilities and systems

**Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities**
- Good Time management
- Knowledge in Coding and programming in Python
- Business Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English
- Good interpersonal skills with stakeholder worldwide
**Requirements**:

- This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).
- Graduates interested in this position should possess a Diploma/Degree. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
