Location: Singapore

The Social Media Analyst reports into the Social Media Lead. He/she is responsible for improving the social engagement metrics of Lazada and its sub-brands (e.g. Redmart and LazMall). He/she will also work closely with the Brand, Partnerships and Commercial teams to deliver authentic and creative customer engagement opportunities via social media engagement channels.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and lead social media executions to support campaigns that increases brand value and heath metrics of Lazada
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a quarterly/ annual event customer engagement strategy.

Manage all third parties (e.g. KOLs, agencies, production houses etc.) and work with relevant internal teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest quality without compromising on timeliness of delivery and reducing brand consistency
Support campaign performance and reporting - including recommendations for improvement and optimisation
Support social media buy through Facebook Business Manager

**Job Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Digital, with a strong interest in social media. Event, brand activation production, brand marketing, or related experience is a plus.
Knowledgeable in details of customer engagement social media tools and can show track record in successfully managing customer community and building social media presence and engagement.
Familiar with emerging trends and developing suitable responses
Able to review social media activation campaign proposals with high attention to detail and provide clear feedback that is likely to lead to improve quality of output without adversely impacting functionality and budget
Has experience working in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and thrive well within a team environment
