**Work Location and Timing**:

- Located around Pioneer Road
- 12 hour rotating shift - 1 day shift, 1 night shift followed by 2 off days

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and management of the Data Centre Security Team (DCST). This role is pivotal in ensuring that the DCST performs all assigned tasks as directed by the Security Operations Manager (SOM). You will actively monitor, review, and document the daily performance of the security teams, identifying opportunities for enhanced operational effectiveness and staff engagement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drive the development of an excellent security culture, leading by example, setting standards (dress, deportment etc.), whilst displaying passion and enthusiasm for the role.
- Prepare operational reports to site security management as requested or on a routine basis.
- Track and provide daily and weekly shift updates to the SOM, including significant operational events, team meetings, communications, logistics, DCST officer interviews conducted, and training completed.
- Lead and support the security team during all operations, incident escalation and response.
- Ensure all security posts are manned in line with the global standards guarding model and provide support and relief to posts as required.
- Ensure that all incidents, emergencies, and site issues (welfare, logistics, communications, EH&S, etc.) are reported, escalated, and managed in compliance with protocols.
- Ensure that vendor Post Orders (POs) are carried out to the highest standard and that all requirements outlined in POs are adhered to.
- Collaborate with the site Training Coordinator (TC) to provide up-to-date initiatives based on a training needs analysis.
- Oversee a functioning, documented post-handover at the Guard house, Reception and SOC. Ensure that any operational observations that are identified are actioned and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Act as a conduit between site security management and the DCST when required.
- Uniformed security personnel as per global standards.
- Any other duties as requested by Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a valid PLRD Senior Security Supervisor (SSS)
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
