**Responsibilities**:
1. Report to the Director
2. Assist the Director in the running of the company's Operations Department
3. Ensure the adherence of all rules and regulations of the Company and customers by all staff.
4. Responsible to ensure that all operational matters at various levels are attended to.
5. Monitor information relating to customer perception and customer satisfaction as to whether the company has fulfilled customer requirements. In the aspects, obtain feedback from customer on successful completion of each service encounter.
6. Manage all important correspondence relating to operational matters.
7. Ensure that operation related equipment e.g. walkie talkies, Guard Tour system conform to the company’s specified requirement.
8. Ensure the serviceability status of operational equipment at all assignments is in good working order.
9. Ensure proper manpower development and training.
10. Ensure the effectiveness of the implementation if the Quality Management System within the Operations Department
11. Ensure Continuous improvements by all operational staff to achieve total customer satisfaction.
12. Ensure the updating and maintenance of the department’s file system and documentation is carried out effectively.
13. Accept other responsibilities from the Managing Director/Director from time to time.
14. Make decisions and effect required changes if required within the operations department.
15. Ensure in providing quality and value-added service in accordance to contract agreements.
16. Ensure that the Operations Executive comply and execute their duties in accordance to their job descriptions and duties.
17. Ensure that procedures and Instructions are followed when dealing with inter Department sites on operational matters.
18. Ensure the manpower department is staffed in terms of strength and quality within operations department and all the contracted departments.
19. Responsible for the discipline, ethics, and code of conduct for all operations department personnel, Site Chief Security Officers, Supervisors, Assistant Site Supervisors and all Senior Security Officers and Security Officers employed by UFS.
20. Ensure that Operations Executive conduct weekly sites visits and silent hour spot-check.
21. Ensure regular security meetings are conducted with the customer.
22. Monitor the following roster:
a. Forecast Rosters
b. Actual Rosters
c. Time Sheet

**Requirements**:
Diploma qualification in Security.
- Must be Computer Literate.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant managerial experience in security industry.
- Class 3/3A licence required. Transport will be provided.**Resume Requirement**
