We are looking for a Business Analyst, Maritime Logistics to join our company.

In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with piece of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers’ port calls as efficient and safe as possible.

The Business Analyst, Maritime Logistics will report to the Vice President, Maritime Logistics.

**Who are you**:
**Required experience and skills**:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar discipline.
- Perferred with relevant working experience in maritime logistics
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Able to translate complex data into information for business decisions.
- Able to work globally across business functions and different cultures.
- Excellent communication skills.

**What you will be doing**:

- Map and breakdown Maritime Logistics activities in Sites across the globe.
- Build an Maritime Logistics report with an overview of the sub activities performed in each location.
- Map and analyse profitability of Global Maritime Logistics activities.
- Map and analyse to ensure that our Maritime Logistics activities have the appropriate compliance in Sales Governance and that Contracts in place and sign off according to COA in place.
- Build a Gap analysis on the Sales process governance in Maritime Logistics to Ships Agency to ensure we understand those gaps and close them.
- Develop Maritime Logistics project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for any Maritime Logistics investment globally.
- Ensure all Maritime Logistics sub-projects by countries/sites are monitored and tracked and delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
