International Sales Director

Job Summary:
The International Sales Director will develop and lead SHI’s Global Accounts International Sales organization across all global customers and regions outside of the U.S. The Director will manage a team of Sales leadership and representatives and mentor, develop their skills to win and develop their customer base. The Director will strategically expand our footprint within existing and future customers to optimize the value SHI brings and ensures long-term success.
This role reports directly into out Sr. Vice President - International and will be base out of our SHI Singapore location.

**Responsibilities**:
Including but not limited to;
- Develop and lead international sales teams in collaboration with Global Partner Program team to design and implement plans to increase SHI’s international partner authorizations and certifications to ensure local and/or regional sourcing is competitive to U.S. market
- Establish and execute global sales strategies, including prioritization of markets, and global sales operating models
- Plan and operate an international sales organization with diverse regional customer and partner differences.
- Report on progress and plans through regular updates to senior management
- In conjunction with Regional Sales Management, work with Global Account Teams to provide international input for negotiations and sourcing on regional opportunities
- Develop and implement various strategic plans to improve sales in EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada
- Monitor the regional partners and markets to stay current with International market trends and pro-actively drive tactics to maximize brand value for the benefit of the entire company in each region
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
- Evidence of target achievement in gross margin sales environment
- University Degree or equivalent.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our company and our services
- Ability to position our company against competitors

- Ability to maintain and expand partner base by dientifying new program opportunities, counseling internal resources, and building rapport with customers
