**Client Services Analyst**

As a Barclays Client Service Analyst working within Client Service Team within the Prime Derivatives Service (PDS) function you will responsible managing the day to day Clearing Client enquiries, processes and interacts daily with existing Clients. Prime Derivatives Services (PDS) brings together the firm’s leading clearing-related business to deliver a highly effective combined solutions set to the clients.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be responsible for client face-off and for building and strengthening the client relationships
- Monitoring of our performance and proactively seeking client feedback
- Servicing the client base in their day to day activity, client on-boarding, supporting and understanding their business drivers, promptly attending to queries, issues and new initiatives
- Understanding the needs of the client while articulating our requirements constructively to develop a win-win strategy for both the client and firm
- You will be covering predominately APAC domiciled clients base consisting of financial institutions, fund managers, pension and hedge funds
- Supporting a similar global client base with an APAC presence
- Partnering with the firm’s Prime Brokerage & PDS Operations counterparts, interfacing with PDS Global and Regional Ops Functional Heads, along with the firm’s Sales & Front Office
- Providing and seeking client clearing solutions, understanding revenue drivers, cost ratios and the effective management of risk.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A high level of computer literacy with experience of MS Office packages
- Previous customer service experience would be essential as this is a client facing role
- Ability to work well in a high pressure environment
- Ability to work independently but also part of a wider diverse team

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Key technical expertise in the area of FXPB, OTC Derivatives Clearing or Futures & Options execution and clearing and sound knowledge of operational front to back procedures
- Ability to utilize resources make readily available among the global teams in driving solutions/efficiencies
