We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Officer, FXPB Middle Office - Hybrid based in Singapore. Responsibilities Provide proactive client service and support to the FX PB Client Executive team in daily processing, monitoring and reconciliation of all FX transactions for FX PB clients globally. Partner with global teams to strengthen support of the FXPB platinum client base. Serve as the main point of contact for client/administrator operational inquiries. Monitor all FXPB client trading within the FXPB matching system (TRM). Participate in reducing errors and optimizing trading flows for operational efficiency. Liaise with FX Operations teams globally to reduce operational risk. Booking of all exotic option types in Simpliciti and processing of NDF fixes. Aim for a 15% reduction in MTPs (mis-trade exceptions). Support and test system upgrades and provide solutions for tech-related issues. Daily reconciliation for FX and Options regarding breaks and P&L. Development Value Client service skills, development and exposure to clients/business. Knowledge of supported products, markets and processes. Exposure to Prime Brokerage Middle Office products with cross-training opportunities. Contribute to development and re-engineering of FXPB processes (e.g., novations, balance sheet reductions). Proficiency in department technology and tools. Improve communication and organizational skills; meeting targets; collaboration across teams. Self-motivation, flexibility and a drive to succeed.
