**Company Overview**:
Our client is a fast-growing high-tech company specializing in the research and development of medical supplement devices. With an ambitious global expansion plan, they are looking to strengthen their Singapore team by hiring a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager/Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and go-to-market strategies to expand market share.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and elderly care facilities.
- Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and distributors to maximize sales potential.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and lead the global business development and sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record of business development and channel sales within the medical devices industry.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within **hospitals **and **elderly care facilities**.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners (5-10%).
- Bilingual in **English **and **Chinese**, as you will be communicating with Chinese stakeholders and customers.
