Overview
Associate Director Marketing, Pharmaceutical Systems GA at BD. You will strengthen strategic and product management of our portfolio in the Greater Asia region, including Biologics (Pre-filled syringes, Pens, Autoinjectors and Wearables), Vaccines, Acute Small Molecules, Hyaluronic Acid Derma Fillers and Anticoagulants. You will help accelerate business growth, optimize marketing campaigns and programs, enhance B2B omnichannel marketing and monitoring, ensure new product launch excellence, and drive continuous improvement across the GA region. Reporting to the Director Marketing, Pharm Systems GA, you will collaborate with Global, Regional and Country teams to achieve commercial success across Greater Asia.
Responsibilities- Strategic Product Management: ensure portfolio performance to meet revenue and bottom-line growth goals; develop and execute regional product strategies including launch plans, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.
- Voice of the market: reflect unmet needs and identify mid- and long-term growth opportunities.
- Market development: lead initiatives including new product development and introduction to shape demand and adoption across key therapeutic areas.
- Strategic Innovation: develop long-term strategies to create new products, services, and business models; identify trends, manage innovation projects from concept to execution, build partnerships, and influence senior leadership.
- Demand Generation and Funnel Management: plan and manage omnichannel campaigns to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and sales; roll out regional campaigns and marketing collaterals.
- Collaboration and Messaging: partner with global and local teams to align product positioning with BD’s value proposition; track funnel progress and ensure a healthy regional opportunities pipeline.
- Marketing and Commercial Operations: work cross-functionally to implement growth imperatives; create and deploy sales tools, training materials, and marketing content; address business risks and growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare/Med Tech, bioprocessing, pharmaceutical or life sciences, API.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regional or multi-country roles in a B2B context is highly desirable.
- Language preference: English; Chinese is a plus to communicate with customers in select countries.
