Supply Chain and Purchasing Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the team responsible for supply chain and order processing, offering day-to-day guidance and management to enhance supply chain flexibility and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Guarantee a consistent supply of stock by efficiently handling procurement and inventory tasks.
- Maintain optimal stock levels as recommended by the company.
- Oversee the yearly stocktaking and reconciliation of inventory.
- Regularly assess stock obsolescence and establish appropriate action plans.
- Evaluate and deliver monthly stock provisions.
- Meet regional inventory management objectives and KPIs.
- Provide essential monthly inventory and regional reports.
- Ensure efficient workflows for Purchase Order Processing, Goods Received Processing, and management of non-conforming items.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase-related matters, goods reception, stock shortages, and urgent stock requests.
- Manage insurance claims for lost or damaged goods and shipments.
- Supervise third-party logistics providers, including contract renewal negotiations.
- Enhance order-to-cash processes, including refining billing and supply chain workflows.
- Address intricate billing concerns, implement effective billing practices, and consider outsourcing options while meeting customer expectations.
- Ensure adherence to billing and supply chain compliance standards.
- Lead monthly sales forecast meetings to align product supply and demand.
- Generate reports comparing actual sales to forecasted quantities, consistently monitoring forecast accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison among stakeholders such as 3PL vendors, accounts receivables, sales, and service teams.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experiences in working at in IT Devices industry such as auto gate, copier machine, and etc
- Experiences in Supply Chain, Logistic and procurements
- Proficient in Ms Office
