Job Summary We are seeking a hands‐on, resourceful Supply Chain Manager to oversee planning, inventory management, and supply chain for our growing FMCG business. This strategic and operational role involves procurement strategy, budget control, and supplier relationship building. It is suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, lean environment and can build end‐to‐end procurement and planning processes. Key Responsibilities Analyse inventory levels across locations to forecast demand and set inventory targets. Develop and maintain purchase plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets. Monitor inventory levels, analyze usage trends, and recommend stock adjustments. Coordinate with Product Development on sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier performance monitoring. Prepare performance reports (purchase plan vs. actual, lead time, supplier reliability) and maintain accurate purchase records. Support cost‐reduction and process‐improvement initiatives in purchasing and inventory management. Establish and maintain supplier relationships, resolve supplier issues, and evaluate supplier performance using performance matrix. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure value while ensuring quality and delivery timelines. Conduct regular business reviews with 3PL partners, resolve operational issues, and report key logistics metrics. Identify and drive cost‐optimization opportunities and implement corrective actions with 3PLs. Suggest cost‐saving initiatives, evaluate supplier factory processes, review outcomes, and identify risks in supply chain. Propose contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and drive continuous improvement. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or similar discipline. At least 8 years of procurement or purchasing experience with proven track record of managing supplier relationships. Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and securing cost‐effective deals while ensuring high quality of products and delivery standards. Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost analysis, reporting, and data tracking. Ability to forecast, multitask, and work cross‐functionally. Comfortable in both strategy and hands‐on execution. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite.
