We are handling a global client who are in the Ship Management and Vessel Construction Industry with Global Offices across 7 continents.

We are assisting them in the search for a Commercial Associate, the role focuses on account and operations management and improving customer and relationship experience.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- The role will support the client accounts and actions needed to be taken such as quarterly meeting reviews, customer reporting, development plans for the client portfolio.
- Prepare proposal writing and development for the portfolio.
- Will handle operation expense (OPEX) budgets, tender responses for ship management propositions.
- Will track sales performance and drive win rate improvements for all opportunities in the business - this includes sales budgeting, forecasting, performance follow-up and business pipeline management.

**Position Requirements**:

- Atleast Diploma or Degree in Business Management and related field.
- 2 - 3 years working experience in Marine / Martime, Ship Management, Business-Oriented organisations or a role that requires to deal with multiple clients and account management.
- Comfortable to work both as an individual contributor and as a team player.
- Ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels.
