**Job Description / Duties**:
- Assists in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to the H3Zoom teams.
- Coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects, and report their results to the Head of Project Delivery and Project Management.
- Perform interior inspection and provide any project management and coordination efforts with contractors for onsite matters.
- Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop and confirm project plans before starting the project.
- Assist the Project Delivery team in consolidating inspection reports for interior inspection, R&R, and/or PFI-related reports.
- Closely monitors each project he or she manages to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan. They’re responsible not only for identifying project objectives, but ensuring that they’re met
- Responsible for gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting or presenting them to the appropriate parties; Reporting on the success of the project and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement.
- Ensure the development team, field operations, or vendors deliver required work timely.
- Prepare operations manuals, and documents including scheduled and ad-hoc training clients on product usage.
- Ensure client requirements or feedback, and project issues are reported and escalated.
- Conduct basic testing with developers on deliverable products and other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- Assist in performing any miscellaneous duties assigned.
**Work experience/Skills required**:
- Possessing a Diploma or certification in a relevant field
- Having project management experience in R&R/A&A works or facilities management is highly valuable.
- Knowing project management, onsite project kick-offs and execution with contractors
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Industry-specific knowledge; Facilities Management/Built Environment
