As a Sales support executive, you work closely with the Sales team to develop and deliver a lead generation programme. You drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline, identify strong potential prospects and generate outbound lead opportunities.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for the sales team.
- Collaboratively work with the sales, to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
- Represent organization to do cold/ warm calling to potential clients (Script will be provided)
- Actively promote, acquire, upsell and cross-sell services offered by means of cold calling and telemarketing
- Responsible for new sales leads generation
- Responsible to arrange for appointments on behalf of sales team
- Manage and update the master database of the business unit
- Ensure confidentiality of data, Enter and update customer information in the database
**Requirements**:
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Highly motivated and result oriented
- Provide prompt follow up and coordination
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Able to handle service & sales orientated environment
- Able to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding their queries and concerns
