**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:

- Lead a team of highly skilled AI professionals, partnering with customers to co-create solutions and expanding ServiceNow’s presence in the market.
- Drive excellence in knowledge, engagement, and interactions inter-team, with customers and our field.
- Direct opportunity engagement and skills alignment with ServiceNow’s strategic and enterprise accounts.
- Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals
- Collaborate across stakeholder groups, including regional sales teams, solution specialists, and geo leaders, to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts
- Assign resources to sales opportunities or other efforts to support demand generation
- Consistently evaluate team member progress against goals through direct observation, peer feedback and sales feedback
- Provide voice-of-the-business internal to ServiceNow driving market strategy and competitive take outs.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by our complete suit of AI products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
- Act as executive speaker at marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
- Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- 15+ years of experience in presales or similar field
- Experience managing presales teams as 1st line management or equivalent management experience
- AI Experience: 8+ years of technical experience selling AI Products, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI.
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, Process Mining, and Virtual Agent is highly valued.
- Experience working in a fast-growing tech company including software, cloud, or customer experience of the same
- Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform in terms familiar to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Understanding of the sales process and being a trusted advisor for Specialist Sales, account management and the extended sales organization.
- Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring and management of individual contributors
- Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Architects
- Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
- A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices
