Job Profile Summary:
Reporting to the Team Lead of Competence Development, you are a member of the Distribution Risk unit. Your mission is to promote awareness and facilitate competencies development with focus in Sales Advisory Process, Market Conduct and Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Representatives and Supervisors. You will ensure the governance framework of Pre-Transaction Checks and Fit & Proper (F&P) Monitoring of Representatives are maintained. You are required to analyze indicators under Prudential inhouse Sales Analytics platform used to enhance the data collection, retention framework and surveillance checks.

You will work closely with Risk & Compliance, Learning & Development and Distribution channel management to deliver robust support to the Agency (5,000 FCs) and other in-house distribution channels. You will stay abreast with all applicable regulatory requirements and company’s policies and provide a comprehensive platform for learning and coaching. In the major course of your work, you will engage and build strong relationships with sales representatives, sales supervisors and business development managers. You will play a critical role in the building and growing of a professional and trusted salesforce.

**Job Description**:
- Assist in executing Competence Development plan in collaboration with Learning & Development, Agency Distribution and in-house distribution channels- Promote awareness on standards with focus on Sales Advisory Process, Market Conduct, and Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Representatives and Supervisors- Review existing execution methodology and propose ideas and enhancements to improve effectiveness- Closely monitor and ensure seamless end to end process of Pre-Transaction Checks for Agency’s new business submission and organize outsource capabilities to determine areas of weakness for remediation and quality improvement- On F&P Monitoring front, monitor submission of requirements, applicable sanctions for non-submission and updating representatives in the Pre-Transactions Check register- Prepare F&P Monitoring MI reports, analyze key trends, highlight areas of concerns for remediation and escalation- Utilising Prudential inhouse Sales Analytics platform to analyze sales data and trends to identify potential misconduct risks and follow up with relevant stakeholders on remediation- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Who we are looking for:
- Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance requirements of the Financial Advisers Act and the Life Insurance Association of Singapore- Exposure in working with sales representatives in a MAS regulated environment- Familiarity in Needs-Based Sales Advisory Process- Independent and willing learner- Collaborative and personable team player- High attention to details

Working Experience:
- 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in an insurance company, bank or other MAS-regulated financial institution

Education / Professional Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline- Relevant insurance license such CMFAS M5, M9 and HI qualifications will be advantage

**Language**:
- Proficient In both written and spoken English
