Singapore Control Risks Full time

Based either in Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Singapore, and reporting to the Senior Manager of International Asset Protection, the Supply Chain Security Manager will take primary responsibility for design and execution of the Asset Protection Supply Chain Security program as well as contribute to the regional and global success of the function. This person will work closely with Supply Chain leadership teams, cross functionally across key regional functions, and the global Asset Protection team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the ambassador for all things Asset Protection and Safety whilst develop a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and personal responsibility in the Supply Chain business
- Using proven risk management systems, design and Implement a sustainable and managable supply chain security program
- Effectively work with both internal and external key stakeholders as part of the Identification and Implementation process
- Collaborate with supply chain leadership to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Manage the implementation of new programs and processes related to Risk Incidents and hold stakeholders accountable for progress on key deliverables
- Create reports and metrics to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and regular updates to key stakeholders
- Develop new mechanisms and work cross-functionally with multiple business partners
- Ownership and end to end delivery of projects with detailed project plan creation and tracking
- Conduct a regular cadence of site audits to foster operational excellence, compliance, and a strong AP culture
- Identify training opportunities and develop suitable training content
- Provide Asset Protection support for the onboarding of new raw material and finished goods vendors
- Develop effective strategies to prevent, identify, and investigate fraud and loss
- Lead and conduct sensitive investigations into theft, fraud, corruption, and major violations of policy or contract
- Amongst other teams, work closely with IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity & action), and our sustainability teams to ensure all programs meet our high Internal standards to promote IDEA and a sustainbale future
- Assist Legal team in supply chain brand protection related investigations as required
- Work closely with the global Business Resilience team to ensure organizational readiness to respond to regional crises

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in supply chain security, corporate security, internal audit and/or retail supply chain operations experience an advantage
- Previous proven project management experience
- Experience conducting root cause analysis in a supply chain environment; identify performance gaps and determine appropriate steps to prevent reoccurrence
- Outstanding communication skills, including proven ability to influence in all areas of an organization
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time and at short notice
