**About the Job**

We are now looking for an ambitious Solution Engineering Manager APAC

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- You are going to work closely with our company engineers to ensure that software is available for projects and a properly work.
- You provide detailed specifications for the proposed solutions including time and scope.
- You will assist our engineers and explain to the team members the creation of practical demonstrations for the proposed solutions.
- You will create a framework to facilitate the collaboration and necessary contributions among the different company departments.
- You are responsible for the analysis of current technologies and for the improvement of steps and processes used in our company.
- You will document and monitor the needed requirements to improve our customer experience through updates.
- You will work with other solution architects to supervise the progress, implement new ideas and seek for solutions to manage the challenges.

**Our requirements**
- You have experience in developing IT as well as cloud infrastructures and understand current measures regarding security systems.
- You have 4+ years of experience.
- You have 2+ years of leadership of a team.
- You have experience with software engineering, design architecture and customer experience as well as an advance knowledge with various operating systems.
- You have professional experience in analyzing software
- You have a good track record of working collaboratively with a team to improve the execution of planned projects.
- You have experience working together with the sales department and communicating with clients as well as with technical or non-technical stakeholders.
