**Accounting Business Partner - Global Payments** - Singapore Regular - Corporate Function / Support - Finance Job ID: A06011A **Responsibilities** Team Introduction: In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payment Finance team builds a world class platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Responsibilities: - Familiar with seller finance, BNPL and other credit businesses, and deeply understand the accounting processing related to credit businesses. - Perform monthly closing procedures. - Support the Manager in monitoring the monthly financial reporting to the various stakeholder in SEA such as tax, transfer pricing team. - Familiar with the design of the group legal structure and the management of consolidated financial statements, review the legal structure in coordination with compliance and taxation, and give suggestions from financial perspectives. - Familiar with financial internal control processes, with experience in system construction and optimization. Support the Manager in identifying areas for process optimisation and performance of quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures. - Management of the auditors: Manage the relationship with auditors, direct and participate in the preparation of all the working papers for the audit on a timely basis including all memos for any relevant areas. - Familiar with the regulatory reporting requirements of licensed entities in the payment industry, and carry out financial-related regulatory reporting work in accordance with regulatory requirements and ensure data quality. **Qualifications** Minumum Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, business administration and other related majors. - Minimum 5 years of financial related working experience within payments, fintech, banking, consumer finance and related fields. - Experience in month end closing and analytical reviews. - Have basic knowledge of tax requirements in various SEA countries. - Experience in financial and compliance reporting within the payments/fintech field.
